Three meals and snacks provided.
An initial assessment of each resident's needs is performed. A plan of care is developed by staff and family. Each resident will receive personalized care in order to promote wellness and comfort, and to enhance quality of life.
Our staff has been trained to compassionately assist our residents with:
- Bathing
- Dressing
- Toileting
- Feeding (regular, chopped, and pureed)
- Transfers in/out wheelchairs
- Safe ambulation with walkers/canes
- Medication reminders
- And more.....
Structured recreational activities also provided.
